Susan
Susan is a co-owner of Sparrow. After 17 years on the floor she stepped back to make room for new stylists. Susan is also passionately heading-up the development of Sparrow’s product line, S4E. In her free time Susan enjoys reading, researching and developing skincare and haircare formulations, and spending time with her family. Susan is always available to recommend one of Sparrow’s amazing stylists for you.

Cancelation Policy
If you need to make any alterations to your appointment please give us 24 hours notice. If you happen to miss your appointment or fail to give us 24 hours notice, we will charge your credit card on file for the full cost of your reserved service.
To ensure that you have the best visit possible, we ask that you arrive a couple minutes before your scheduled appointment time and enjoy a complimentary beverage (when the COVID phase allows). We will do our very best to accommodate services up to 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time.

Cash and Major credit cards (currently including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express). We also except Sparrow gift certificates which can be purchased on our site.
