Cancellation Policy
If you need to make any alterations to your appointment please give us 24 hours notice. If you miss your appointment or fail to give us 24 hours notice, we will charge your credit card on file for the full cost of your reserved services. Sourcepoint Therapy Services are paid in full upon booking.
To ensure that you have the best visit possible, we ask that you arrive a couple minutes before your scheduled appointment time and enjoy a complimentary beverage. We will do our very best to accommodate services up to 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time.
